The Department of Civil Law and Procedure was founded in 1992. The department staff carries out all types of educational, research, methodological and educational work. Highly qualified specialists are involved in teaching activities, which allow them to provide the necessary theoretical and practical training to students in the field of civil law and process, commercial law and process, labor law, family law, law of obligations, etc. The department employs an Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus, a Doctor of Law, PhDs in Law (8) and Masters in Law (2).
